SPORTSMEN (Bunkhouse) Each unit has a queen/king bed (70”x80”) and 3-4 twin bunks. The maximum occupancy allowed per Lynn Ann’s reservation requirements is 5 guests (not more than 4 adults). What’s Included: Kitchen basics (cookware, dishes, dish soap, coffee pot/filters, toaster, microwave, refrigerator), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of septic-safe toilet paper, exterior mat, and patio chairs. Guests provide their own bedding (including pillows) and kitchen/bath towels. Smoking is prohibited inside rental RVs. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by the guest or their party during their stay. The campground reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for damages or excessive cleaning. Reservation Requirements: • Peak Season (June 8 - August 17, 2024): 7-night (Saturday-Saturday) stay is required • Memorial & Labor Day Weekends: 3-night minimum • Off-Peak Season: 2-night minimum Pets (up to 2) are allowed at $8/day/pet.
